TURNAROUND TIME

Hair will be available locally (within radius and surrounding Raleigh, NC) five (5) business days after you've completed checkout. It will be available for hand-to-hand pickup on the 4th day. 

If you prefer mail, please allow the standard 2 ADDITIONAL USPS working days for home delivery. Possibly more if you are out of state. 

Allow additional 2 business days for all coloring services. 

**Since the start of the global pandemic, FedEx, who is our international shipper has been unpredictable at times. If your order takes a day, even two days longer than stated here, please allow a little grace. Nothing's been the same since 2020 and the above statement was written in 2015. It still holds true mostly, but occasionally FedEx does need more time. Please be understanding, it's much appreciated.
